Each order that is placed with Laura Lynette Shop is made as they come and is to be treated as a "Custom Order" because of this we are unable to accept returns on items that you have purchased. If you happen to receive a damage, defective or incorrect item please see below.
If you have received the wrong item due to a mistake on our end, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 DAYS of delivery. We will handle getting you the correct item, as well as return packaging for the incorrect item.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
